Moki was absolutely amazing and essential for the success of our wedding. I live out of the country and my fiancé was living in Colorado, both in full time intensive jobs, when we decided to have our wedding ceremony and reception in our hometown in Cairo/Hudson, NY. We chose a unique and beautiful venue for the reception, Olana State Historic Park, but they rarely did weddings and required almost complete planning for vendors from our side. We were lost on how to possibly plan so many details on our own and Moki came recommended from multiple vendors we had begun talking to so we reached out to her. And she sure did come to the rescue! She took over immediately, interviewing us to see what we wanted and how far we had come and to know what specifically she would need to do. She organized our efforts and seamlessly took the reigns providing us lists of vendors for accommodation and becoming the main contact point for our other vendors. She captured my ideas about a magical, elegant evening with Middle Eastern vibes perfectly and added amazing ideas to the décor and lighting. We could only be in the US once or twice before the wedding and she dropped everything to meet with us whenever we were available and to Skype with me when we were not in person. She even worked hand-in-hand with the florist to help design the perfect arrangements for the church and the reception within our budget guidelines (which were strict since we were having a 250+ wedding!). The day-of she provided schedules/agendas to everyone in the wedding and kept everything flowing smoothly. There were hiccups with additional speakers we hadn’t planned for and late bands but she was never flustered and never gave me an ounce to worry about. I can go on forever about how perfect Moki coordinated our wedding- she truly was amazing and I can’t recommend her enough!

Bliss Events will create a beautiful picnic setting complete with ground covering, a low profile table, china, flatware, glassware & exquisite tabletop decor. All you do is show up and enjoy the experience! Need a nibble to eat? We will coordinate with local caterers to provide delicious charcuterie & cheese boards with sweet and savory sides & crusty breads. And who can pass up something sweet to top off the meal? Not me! Our local bakers will create an assortment of fruit and dessert platters that are simply to die for! Prefer a customized menu? No worries! We will work with you to create the perfect culinary experience thats sure to please every palette.

Unlike a full service wedding coordinator, a “Day of” coordinator is for clients who want to do most of the planning themselves, but when their wedding day arrives, they need a professional to execute all their hard work.

It is a necessity for everyone but most importantly you! Our goal is for you to relax, take in and enjoy the most precious moments you’ve been working toward! Our service begins 8 weeks prior to your wedding date and is available to secure your date 4 months in advance. As soon as you book, we can provide you vendor recommendations for anything you’ve not secured yet. Our checklist and guidance will keep you ready to complete your final tasks and during a detailed planning meeting, we will put together your wedding timeline, ceremony logistics and more. In the final month, we fully take over vendor communication and tie up all loose ends. We then conduct your rehearsal and wedding day from start to finish, Emergency Kit in hand!  This service usually entail approx 30 hours of work pre- during and post wedding day and also includes 1 assistant for the day.  Contact us if you haven’t reserved a Day-Of Coordinator for your special day.
